We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and offer a hassle-free returns policy if you are not. Our shipping policy is simple and straightforward.  Once your order has been placed and payment has been made, we need to allow 2 working days for manufacture and 2 to 4 working days for standard Economy Shipping. We use  PUDO to ensure your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition. We offer competitive shipping rates, and free shipping on orders over R2000.Our returns policy is designed to make your life easier. If you received the wrong product, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund or exchange. We believe in building trust with our customers, and our transparent policies demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns Policy

We like happy, satisfied customers. If a defective product is received or you have quality concerns beyond your control, please contact info@kooponline.co.za within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for it to be collected at customers cost. Once we have tested and inspected the product and validated the return, we will arrange a refund, store credit or exchange. After 7 days from delivery, all products are nonrefundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds will be credited back to your bank account via EFT. Exchanges can be arranged and shipping will be at the customers cost. Sale items can not be returned.

We are entitled to refuse an exchange if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories. We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return.

Received an incorrect order?
If you receive an incorrect order or items, please contact us at info@kooponline.co.za. We will arrange a collection and once inspected and validated, we will send you the correct order or items, refund or exchange at no cost to you.
